Rib Eye and New York made from dry-aged Polish beef remain our flagship dishes, but Ed's menu also includes excellent imported meats, including top-quality Japanese Wagyu beef and Danish Swami.

Meet Przemek Skibiński - Ed Red's chef.
A Poznań native by birth and heritage, a chef by training and passion (inherited from his grandmother).
Przemek began his culinary journey in Poznań’s restaurants Pod Koziołkami and Brovaria. After moving to Kraków in 2007, he worked at Hotel Pod Różą, followed by the acclaimed Copernicus and Szara restaurants.
At Ancora, under the mentorship of Adam Chrząstowski, he honed his skills intensively — leading to his appointment as Head Chef at Ed Red in 2015.
A true advocate of slow food, a perfectionist, and a master of meat aging and preparation techniques.
